Ingredients

• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 1/2 cup chicken broth, no onion, warm
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup mint
• 1/2 cup parsley
  

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine the coconut oil and chicken broth. The coconut oil should be completely liquefied.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and pulse until smooth.
3. Evenly distribute the mixture into each well of your mold. Transfer mold to the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
4. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes: The herb measurements don't have to be exact. A fistful of each is fine.

Summer is fast approaching; here are some tips to keep your pets happy and healthy!

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup evaporated lowfat milk
• 1 large egg
  

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
3. Drop the dough by teaspoons full onto a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden.
5. Remove from the oven, cool and store in an airtight container.
